We opened applications for our 2026 Volunteer Cohort and were overwhelmed: over 100 applications in just one week. This movement is growing faster than we ever imagined.

We’re recruiting for three key roles: Communications & Visibility Lead, Programmes & Field Coordinator, and Operations & Compliance Support. Each position offers a 9-month structured experience working alongside 30+ partner organisations.

If you’re a youth aged 23-26, recently graduated or in your final year, and passionate about community development, we want to hear from you. Applications close April 30, 2026.
