Our Seeds of Change program brought together young artists in Korogocho to paint climate murals that tell the story of environmental justice. From plastic pollution to ocean protection, fossil fuels to climate hope — the walls of Korogocho now speak a new language.
Climate education doesn’t have to happen in a classroom. When young people express their understanding through art, they internalize it. And when that art is public, it teaches everyone who walks by.
This is what we mean by “domesticating the SDGs” — making global goals feel local, tangible, and actionable.
