In our first Bingwa Series spotlight, we celebrate Be Kids Australia, the quiet builders behind transformational impact. BKA has been our anchor partner since 2023, funding the SMYLE programme through the Soko Mjinga Youth Leap Enterprise Fund.

What makes BKA special? They’re 100% volunteer-run. Every dollar raised goes directly to projects. Their Kenya Country Coordinator, Isaiah Luyara, has been instrumental in connecting us to resources, mentorship, and a global network of changemakers.

BKA doesn’t just fund programmes. They build organisations. Through their support, Wazi Kenya developed the institutional capacity to scale from a university project to a multi-site operation serving 1,800+ girls.
